Our brownie mix recipe uses only ingredients that are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, dairy-free, organic, and natural, so you can enjoy this satisfying dessert without consuming any nasties like refined sugar or additives. Helping you make healthy, happy, wholesome food is what’s most important to us.

Ingredients

Unrefined cane sugar*, buckwheat flour*, brown rice flour*, tapioca flour*, chocolate drops (cocoa butter*, cocoa mass*, sugar*, rice powder*, sunflower lecithin (emulsifier), natural flavouring), cocoa powder* (7%), ground linseed*, gluten-free baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate), salt. * Ingredient from organic agriculture.

Directions

For 12 brownies

75g melted unsalted butter

100g water

20g honey

Make it Vegan

75g veg spread or veg oil

100g water

20g agave nectar

1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking tin with baking paper and grease with butter or vegetable oil

2. In a large bowl, whisk the butter (or veg oil), water and your liquid sweetener.

3. Add your brownie mix to the wet mixture

4. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 14-16 minutes. Top tip: for fudgy brownies, remove from the oven after 14 minutes! Once ready, cool on a wire rack (put the kettle on while you wait), then cut into 12 pieces and decide who deserves to share them with you.
