Folate is the natural form of folic acid and is essential for blood cell formation, energy production and DNA structure. It is recommended before and during pregnancy to prevent neural tube defects in babies.

As a food supplement for adults, take 1 capsule daily with food. Do not exceed stated dose unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.
