Raspberry leaf tea has traditionally been used to tone and strengthen the uterine muscles so can be beneficial during pregnancy after the third trimester and may also be helpful during menstruation to ease cramping.
100& Raspberry Leaf
1 -2 teaspoons and brew for 5-10 minutes.
Start with 1 cup a day. Can be increased to 2-3 cups.
During pregnancy only use after 3rd trimester.
