    DCL Active dried Yeast is a high-performance yeast with consistent quality. DCL Active dried yeast is simple to use and can be used for all bread-making processes. Dried Yeasts are live, active yeasts ready for use off the shelf, and can be stored for up to 2 years in cool storage.
    Prior to use, the yeast should be added to warm water and sugar,  containing 0.5% sugar relative to flour weight, for approximately 15 minutes

     

    After rehydration DCL Active Dried Yeast is used as a liquid yeast and can easily be added to the mixer. It is then suitable for use in any bread-making process.
