Lifeplan Chewable Vitamin C supplements contain 500mg of Vitamin C, 625% of the Nutrient Reference Value (the daily amount of a vitamin or mineral that the average healthy person should consume) plus Rosehip, Acerola, and Citrus Bioflavonoids.
