Borage Seed Oil (also known as Starflower oil) is a rich source of GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid). 23% of its fatty acids are GLA, making it more than twice the strength of Evening Primrose Oil. Traditionally taken to ease the symptoms of PMS and menopause and also often recommended for skin health.

Cold Pressed Borage Seed Oil, Antioxidant (Vitamin E as D-Alpha Tocopherol).
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Directions
Take between 1 and 5ml a day. Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Store in a cool dry place out of sight and reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
