Lasagne is one of the most popular Italian dishes the world over – and one of the oldest.  Using flat sheets of pasta, the dish is layered with pasta, a creamy béchamel sauce, tomato ragù flavoured with onion, garlic, onion and herbs, and meat or vegetables.

Our lasagne sheets don’t need to be cooked first.  Simply build in the layers and pop in the oven to cook as per your preferred recipe.
