No gluten, alcohol, lactose, soy, artificial colours or flavours

When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Shake bottle well before use. Spray once under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek. Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position.

Adults: One spray, daily. Providing 3000IU (75 μg) vitamin D3, 1500% EC Nutrient Reference Value.
