A combination of nutrients to help support the immune system including bee propolis, olive leaf extract, beta glucans and acerola cherry. It may be taken daily or as needed- for colds and flu, during allergy season, before and during travel, during intense fitness or sports training, when run down, during exams or when recovering from a serious illness.

Bee Propolis Extract, Capsule Shell (Emulsifier: Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose), Acerola Cherry Extract, Black Elderberry Extract, Olive Leaf Extract, Beta 1,3/1,6 Glucan, Anti Caking Agents (Silica Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate).

1 capsule up to 4 times a day. 

The capsule can also be opened and the contents added to juices or smoothies.
