Magnesium (from magnesium citrate), Potassium (from potassium citrate), Zinc (from zinc citrate), Manganese (from manganese gluconate), Methione, Arginine, Threonine, Vitamin D3, Beta-Glucan Betox®93, purified water, fructose, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid, lemon flavour, lemon juice and stevia.

As a food supplement for adults, take 5mls twice daily. For children, take 5mls daily. It may be taken directly or added to juice or water.
