Ingredients
One (1) capsules provides: 100mg Theanine. Also contains: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (carrageenan, pectin), cellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.
Directions
Take 1-2 capsules a day (children over 8 years, 1 capsule a day), between meals.
