Bee pollen sprinkled over the chocolate is collected by honey bees in the form of pollen cakes as their primary food source on their hind legs.
The colour and taste of pollen particles are characteristic of each specific plant.
Dark chocolate (cocoa mass*, sugar*, cocoa butter*, vanilla powder*), dried bee pollen 8%* (* indicates organic ingredients). This chocolate contains a minimum of 74% cocoa solids.
