Shake well before every use.

• Children (aged 7 and up): 1 full measuring spoon of 5 ml, 3 times a day (15 ml) for no more than 5 days. 
• Adults: 2 full measuring spoons of 5 ml, 3 times a day (30 ml) for no more than 5 days.
