Brown rice miso* (63%) (whole soya beans*, cultured brown rice*, sea salt, water), mirin* (sweet rice*, shochu* [water, cultured rice*], cultured rice*), kombu sea vegetable extract (3%) (water, kombu, sea salt), ginger puree* (3%), sea salt, onion puree*, wakame sea vegetable (1%), orange peel* (1%), cayenne pepper* (0.4%), white pepper* (0.03%).

Directions

Empty the contents of one sachet into a bowl or cup and add 1 cup (180ml) of hot water. Stir well and enjoy hot.
