This refreshing and invigorating blend offers a tranquil and comforting sensation when used externally. Air contains a blend of oils specifically chosen to promote a cooling and revitalizing sensation, offering a sense of open airways.

  • Diffuse, inhale directly from palms or rub on chest or feet when seasonal and environmental threats are high.
  • Use when outdoors to minimize the effects of seasonal threats.
  • Diffuse at bedtime for a restful environment. 

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Add drops to your pillow at night, put a few drops on a tissue and inhale. Avoid contact with mucus membranes.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
