Suma Spicy Lentil Soup 400g

Delicious organic and vegan soup, packed full of spices to create a hearty & warming meal.

Water, red lentils* (22%), carrots*, corn syrup*, sunflower oil*, onion powder*, vegetable bouillon--- (rice flour---, sea salt, yeast extract, dried vegetable & concentrated vegetable juice* [onion*, carrot*, parsnip*, mushroom*, pumpkin*], sunflower oil*, turmeric*, parsley*, lovage*, garlic*, fennel seeds*), cumin powder*, coriander*, black pepper*, chilli powder. *from organic farming

Pour into a pan. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly. Microwave: Pour into a suitable container and cover. Cook on full power for 2 minutes. Stir, then heat on full power for a further minute. Stir & serve
