Our Honey is 100% natural, raw, lightly filtered (to remove wax particles, etc.) and sourced from all my own hives in Co. Meath.
Taken from the Hives around mid-May. Usually a mild, light-coloured, sweet honey. Slowly mixed to create a smooth, spreadable honey. Perfect for spreading on toast or making a honey sandwich!
