Suggested Use: 5g - 15g (1 - 3 tsp) daily. Mix with water, juice or a delicious smoothie.

Amla Face Mask:

You'll need 2 tsp of freshly smashed avocado, 1 cup of hot (not boiling) water and 2 tsp of Amla powder.
Mix a little water with Amla Powder until it forms a wet paste with the consistency of yoghurt (not too runny), and then mix in the avocado. With damp skin, gently rub the face mask in with small circular motions avoiding the eye area.
Relax for 20 to 30 minutes before washing it off with warm water, followed by applying a good moisturiser.

When made into a paste, Amla can be used as an organic exfoliator for your skin, and as a natural hair conditioner too.
