Organic Spelt Grain can be sprouted, milled to make flour or cooked and added to salads, stews or soups.
Combine 1 cup of organic spelt grain with 3 cups of water. Heat until it boils, then reduce to a simmer. Let it cook for about 1 hour until it becomes soft and tender.
