Mullein-X is a powerful throat soothing blend of Grapefruit Seed Extract, Olive Leaf, Ginger Root, Licorice Root, Slippery Elm Bark, and English Ivy to help soothe irritated throats, help clear mucus and support the upper respiratory health. Simply spray the back of your throat (8 sprays). You can gargle, and swish around in the mouth. Hold it in the back of your throat for at least 30 to 60 seconds, then swallow.
