Glucomannan from the root vegetable Konjac. A super-soluble fibre which fills the stomach to give a feeling of fullness. Ideal for any weight-loss programme.

Pleasant tasting orange-flavoured powder containing Konjac fibre.

  • Glucomannan in the context of a calorie-restricted diet contributes to weight loss. This effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 3g glucomannan in three doses of at least 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water before meals.
  • Glucomannan also contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels with a daily intake of 4g glucomannan. Always consume with plenty of water.

Konjac Fibre 5.63g naturally providing 4.5g glucomannan, Konjac Fibre (naturally providing 90% glucomannan), Natural Orange Flavour.

One scoop (approx half a teaspoon) mixed into water and taken three times a day before main meals, or as professionally directed. Always take with plenty of water.
