Our Honey is 100% natural, raw, lightly filtered (to remove wax particles, etc.) and sourced from all my own hives in Co. Meath.
Taken from the hives on first inspection in the Spring if there is any left by the bees. slowly mixed to create smooth, spreadable honey. Flavour mellows with time. Nice to suck a spoonful of this honey as a throat lozenge.
