Van Toen Muscle Stuff is a natural muscle lotion that can be used for sensitive muscles and joints.  It contains a blend of Arnica, St Johns Wort Oil & soothing & warming essential oil such as spruce, thyme & rosemary.

Shake before use.

Apply a generous amount to stiff or tender muscles twice a day and massage in. 

Use as a warm-up lotion before exercise or as a warming treatment after exercise. 

Massage cold limbs 2 times a day for extra heating. 

Cover immediately after application for longer heating. 

Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
