Passiflora. Common names include Passionflower or Maypop. It is a hardy perennial found originally in the wild in the Southern United States.
Avena sativa, better known as the oat plant, can also be used as both a food and a herb. It is the green leafy parts of the oat plant which are used to make our Avena sativa tincture, rather than oat grain which is commonly used as food.
Traditionally used during times of stress.
