A distinctly coloured vinegar created in the Rioja region of Spain. Fermented from the fresh pressed juice of whole organically grown Rioja grapes which are traditionally sweeter and fuller bodied, giving our products more character and flavour. The wine vinegars are matured before being bottled unpasteurised and free from preservatives and additives to ensure a full natural flavour. Healthy eating with good taste.
