Apples replace Italian grapes in this modern British take on a culinary classic - our Aspall Cyder Vinegar infused with the must from reduced apples.

Add a dash or two to sweeten and soften onions. Partner with parmesan. Drizzle on strawberries for a delicate kick.  

A distinct rich caramel colour and a fragrant sweet aroma of apples and toffee. This exquisite vinegar has a smooth flavour that falls between sweet and sour but with a sharp cidery kick at the finish.

Suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians & vegans. 

Its fruity apple flavour and mellow sourness make it a great balsamic to use as an ingredient and as a condiment.
