Mag365 Magnesium Powder provides a bio available source of magnesium, conveniently produced in a powder, so no need to take bulky tablets. Just add boiling water and ideally take in the evening. It is made by combining magnesium carbonate with citric acid to create a unique and bioavailable formula. MAG365 is derived from non-GMO sugar beets and sea water. 

Serving Size: 2 teaspoons (375 mg Magnesium 100% of EU recommended Daily Value)

Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to 4g (2 teaspoons) per day.  MAG365 can be taken during meals or on an empty stomach.  Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dose can be taken at one time or split throughout the day.

Dissolve in a small amount of water. If using hot water, wait 30 seconds for product to activate; if using cold water, wait 30 minutes before consumption. Fill the remainder of your glass with hot or cold liquid of your choice.

Do not use this product before consulting your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not give this product to a child under 2 years of age before consulting your paediatric doctor. A food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place.
