Ingredients

Chinese Green Sencha (70%), hemp (30%).

All ingredients are certified organic.

Loose leaf: Caffeine free and vegan friendly.

Directions

Hot Brew:

1. One teaspoon of tea for 200ml of boiling water
2. Infuse for 5-10 minutes
3. Sit back and sip in peace

Iced Tea:

1. Infuse one teaspoon of tea in 100ml of boiling water (5-10 minutes)
2. Add ice cubes once tea has cooled & top up with 100ml of cold water
3. Add your garnish of choice (lemon, lime, mint or cucumber) and a squeeze of honey for sweetness
