This supplement contains a blend of absorbable magnesium bisglycinate and citrate, combined with Avena sativa, cherry, and B6 (P5P). It is available in an easy-to-take powder form and is ideal for taking during times of stress or in the evening to help relax the body and prepare for a good night's sleep.
