This vegan and vegetarian loaf offers a delicious and convenient meat-free alternative and even comes with an eco-friendly baking tray for easy preparation and cleanup.

Gluten-Free

Cashews(23%), cranberries (13%) (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), ground peanuts, peanuts/b>, gluten-free rice flour, maize flour, minced onion, gluten-free breadcrumbs (rice flour, water, dextrose, vegetable fibre, salt, caramel (E150a), paprika), country veg mix (potato, carrot, onion, green beans, green and white cabbage, green and white leek), dried mushrooms, red peppers, gluten-free baking powder, salt, mixed herbs, black pepper.
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F (Gas mark 4)
  2. Pour contents of the sachet into a bowl
  3. Add 200ml cold water
  4. Mix and let sit for 5 mins
  5. Transfer mix into the baking tray provided
  6. Bake for 35-40 mins until golden brown, longer for a crunchier bake
  7. Allow to cool a little
  8. Slice and serve as desired
