Our vegan nut loaf is a hearty and nutritious dish that is filled with a variety of vegetables and nuts, making it a great meat-free option for all. It is simple to prepare and includes a recyclable baking tray for added convenience.

Chopped Cashews (26%), Ground Peanuts, Chopped Peanuts, Oat Flour, Breadcrumbs, Country Vegetables (4.5%) (Potato, Carrot, Onion, Green Beans, Green & White Cabbage, Green & White Leek), Wholewheat Rusk, Red Peppers, Dried Mushrooms, Mixed Herbs, Black Pepper, Baking Powder, Salt.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F (Gas mark 4)
  2. Pour contents of the sachet into a bowl
  3. Add 200ml cold water
  4. Mix and let sit for 5 mins
  5. Transfer mix into the baking tray provided
  6. Bake for 35-40 mins until golden brown, longer for a crunchier bake
  7. Allow to cool a little
  8. Slice and serve as desired
