This vegan nut roast is both wholesome and healthy, offering a satisfying meat-free alternative packed with nutritious nuts. With a high protein content, it's easy to prepare and comes with a convenient, recyclable baking tray.

Chopped cashews (17%), chopped peanuts, wholewheat rusk, oat flour, ground peanuts, breadcrumbs, sun-dried tomatoes (6.5%), tomatoes (6.5%), seasoning (sugar, tomato powder, onion powder, dextrose, garlic powder, yeast extract powder, basil, olive oil, paprika, natural flavourings, acidity regulator: citric acid), dried onion, dried mushrooms, dried oregano (1%), black pepper, baking powder, salt.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F (Gas mark 4)
  2. Pour contents of the sachet into a bowl
  3. Add 200ml cold water
  4. Mix and let sit for 5 mins
  5. Transfer mix into the baking tray provided
  6. Bake for 35-40 mins until golden brown, longer for a crunchier bake
  7. Allow to cool a little
  8. Slice and serve as desired
