Viridian’s 100% Organic Californian Poppy tincture is made with fresh Eschscholzia californica flowering plant. Californian poppy is thought to help you cope calmly with the stress of a busy lifestyle and contribute to optimal relaxation.

All of Viridian’s tinctures are grown, produced and bottled on an organic farm in England. The plants are all grown from hand-sown seeds in spring, and then hand-picked at the end of summer as part of a slow and delicate process that preserves the integrity of each plant.

Traditionally used to help relieve the symptoms of anxiety and insomnia by promoting relaxation. Can also be taken by children experiencing sleep disturbances or behavioural problems such as ADHD.

Take 15 - 30 drops, 2 -3 times daily in a little fruit juice or water. Children under 12, half adult amount.
