This honey, more than any other, calls to mind a meadow in full bloom. It has a pale golden colour and a delicate but definite aroma of linden blossom.

It is a soothing and calming honey and is great for use in winter – not only for its sinus-cleansing effects but also for the reminder it brings of brighter days to come.

This Linden Honey comes mostly from Muránska Planina and Rožňava, Slovakia.
