Comvita Medihoney Antibacterial Wound Gel is an essential item in every first aid kit.

A specialised wound gel containing sterilised medical grade Manuka honey; promotes wound healing and reduces the risk of infection for broken eczema prone skin and skin splits. Can be used on burns, cuts, grazes, acne and eczema wounds.
