This combination of essences may give support when it is difficult to stay positive. Helps maintain feelings of lightness and optimism and can help with depression, lowness of spirits, mood swings, pessimism, adolescent moodiness and grief.

Grape alcohol (aprrox 27% ABV), infusions of Cherry Plum, Gentian, Gorse, Mustard, Scleranthus, Sweet Chestnut, Heather, Hornbeam, Zinnia, Bluebell, Borage and Self Heal.

5 drops in a little water 3 times daily until the bottle is finished
