This Headaid blend can be used for diffusion, steam inhalations, to create soothing compresses, or blended with a carrier oil and massaged onto pulse points. This blend is also naturally antibacterial.

A Compress To Ease A Heavy Head:
To create a soothing compress add 4 or 5 drops of Headaid Blend to a bowl of warm or cold water, soak a clean cloth or sterile gauze in the water and apply to the forehead.
Alternatively, blend 3 drops in 5ml carrier oil and massage onto temples, equivalent to a 2% dilution.

For a Clearing Aroma:
Place a few drops into a diffuser.
To Clear and Soothe:
Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale.
OR
Add 4 to 5 drops to a bowl of just-boiled water, cover your head with a towel and lean over the bowl. Breathe normally for a few minutes; repeat for up to for 10 minutes in total.
OR
Add a few drops to running bath water for a sumptuous, clearing bath soak.
