These days the uses of Tamanu oil extend to a wide range, including helping to heal scars, stretch marks, acne scars, anti-ageing, abrasions and sunburn. It has antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and aids in the regeneration of the skin.
It is often recommended for acne prone skin and for dry and scaly skin conditions
