A. Vogel Urticalcin Stinging Nettle Complex 360 Tabs

Urticalcin has a number of uses as a herbal food supplement. Silicea, in combination with extracts of freshly harvested stinging nettle (Urtica dioica), helps to strengthen and improve the appearance and function of nails. Urticalcin may also be used to support healthy hair growth. Small chewable tablets make this easy to take.

Extract of Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica), silicea, calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate and sodium phosphate. Also contains lactose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and pre-gelatinised potato starch. This product contains lactose and may not be suitable for those who are lactose intolerant.<

Adults: Suck or chew 3 tablets twice daily, allowing them to dissolve in the mouth. Children (2-12 years):Suck or chew 1 tablet twice daily, allowing it to dissolve in the mouth. Urticalcin silicea and nettle extract is convenient to take. This is unlike silicea in the form of gels (silicea gel) which has to be taken 2 hours before any medication to avoid the risk of drug interaction. Urticalcin silicea and nettle extract is not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Please seek medical advice if pregnant.
