One of the wonders of the Rhodopes Mountain and grown at about 2000 meters altitude. In Bulgaria, it is known as Mursal or Mursalski tea. It is also very popular in Greece where it is known as Greek mountain tea or Sideritis tea. It has been traditionally used in the local area and is believed to help with colds, respiratory problems, digestion, immune system, mild anxiety, reduce blood pressure and as a powerful antioxidant. This versatile, robust tea is also used as an anti-inflammatory and to reduce fever.

Hand blended in small batches.

Ingredients

Stalk Mursal tea (Sideritis scardica) iron, copper, cobalt, selenium and trace elements calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and others. Contains flavonoids.
