Balkan Pantry Mursalski Mountain Tea, also known as Mursal Tea (Sideritis), is one of the natural wonders of the Rhodope Mountains in Bulgaria. Wild-grown at an altitude of around 2000 metres, this remarkable herbal tea benefits from pure mountain air and mineral-rich soil, resulting in a brew that is both flavourful and deeply rooted in traditional herbal wisdom.

Stalk Mursal tea (Sideritis scardica) iron, copper, cobalt, selenium and trace elements calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and others. Contains flavonoids.

Infuse one tablespoon of the herbs into 500ml of boiled water and brew for 8-10 minutes. We recommend adding some natural honey and/or lemon to taste or mixing with your other favourite herbs.
