Description

Our honey is 100% natural, raw and lightly filtered to remove small wax particles and other natural hive debris. It is carefully sourced from our own hives in Co. Meath.

This distinctive ivy honey is harvested during the first hive inspection of spring, provided the bees have left a little of their precious stores behind.

The honey is slowly mixed to create a smooth, soft and spreadable texture, while retaining its natural character and flavour. Ivy honey has a wonderfully distinctive taste when fresh, which mellows beautifully over time.

A traditional favourite, it is also lovely enjoyed straight from the spoon — especially when you fancy a natural honey throat-soother.
