Directions

With the coarse side of the nail file use to shorten and shape your nail, using gentle strokes, start at the outer edge of the nail moving in one direction to the centre, do not use a forward and backward motion as this might damage the nail. With the fine side of the nail file, smooth the tips and finish shaping your nails.
