Apply generously the suncare product 20 minutes before exposing yourself to the sun (2mg/cm² of skin).

Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming, or at least every 2 hours.

Biosolis products are water resistant. However, we recommend applying the product again after spending time in the water.
