How to Prepare

  1. Add 3 heaped teaspoons to a mug.
  2. Pour in approximately 200ml of your preferred hot milk or plant-based alternative.
  3. Stir well until smooth, then adjust the quantity to taste.

For a refreshing alternative, try it over ice.
