BRIX Freeze-Dried Sour Cherries 38g are made from 100% sour cherries, carefully grown in the exceptionally fertile soils of Serbia and harvested at ideal ripeness. Through the freeze-drying (lyophilisation) process, water is removed while preserving the fruit's natural colour, flavour and aroma, creating a deliciously crisp fruit snack.

Made from 380g of fresh sour cherries, each 38g pack provides the concentrated taste of the original fruit in a lightweight, crunchy form. With no preservatives or added ingredients, these freeze-dried cherries are versatile enough to enjoy straight from the pack or use in your favourite recipes.
