Clearspring Organic Chickpea Pasta is made from naturally gluten-free chickpea flour. Chickpeas are a nutritious legume that has been used for centuries as a high protein, high fibre staple food. This delicately flavoured sedanini makes a nourishing and satisfying meal and can be enjoyed hot with your favourite sauce or cold in summer salads. A genuine alternative to durum wheat pasta, not just for those avoiding gluten but for all to enjoy. Produced in a dedicated gluten and nut-free facility which only uses renewable energy.

Organic Chickpea flour

Bring plenty of water to the boil with a pinch of salt if desired. Add 80g of pasta per portion. For perfect “al dente” pasta simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, simmer for an additional minute. Drain through a sieve and serve immediately with your favourite sauce. 

Serving suggestion: Chickpea Pasta also makes a perfect base for a salad. Just rinse under cold running water after cooking and mix with fresh ingredients and a dressing of your choice. This box contains 3 servings.
