Miso is a flavourful Japanese soya food that makes a rich, satisfying soup. This luxurious tasting organic miso soup is made with two varieties of miso and two kinds of sea vegetable.

Ingredients

Freeze-dried Brown Rice Miso* (81%) (whole soya beans*, brown rice*, sea salt), freeze-dried sweet white miso* (11%) (rice*, whole soya beans*, sea salt), dried green onions*, sea vegetables (3%) (kombu powder, wakame).

Directions

Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug or bowl. Add one cup of hot water, stir, and allow to sit for a minute to let the vegetables fully rehydrate. It can also be used as a ready-made stock or seasoning for homemade soups, sauces and casseroles.
