The tender young leaves are steamed, rolled and dried immediately after harvesting to ensure freshness and aroma are locked in to bring you an authentic, flavourful Japanese Sencha tea experience.

Directions
Boil fresh water and leave to cool for a minute before pouring over the tea bag. Infuse for 1-2 minutes only for best flavour.
