To rehydrate: Add soya chunks/mince to boiling water or stock and soak for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water before cooking.

Clearspring Organic Soya Mince (also known as Textured Vegetable Protein or TVP) is a quick-cook, plant-based protein that’s incredibly versatile in everyday cooking. Simply rehydrate and use as an alternative to mince in Bolognese, chilli, cottage pie, veggie burgers, stir-fries and many other savoury dishes.

Made from organic soya beans that are cold pressed to remove their oil, then steamed under pressure to create a mince-like texture before being dried, it has a tender yet substantial bite and readily absorbs the flavours, herbs and spices in your cooking.
