Sea Moss Sublime is multi-use and was designed for oral consumption but can also be used as a face mask.

Directions

Can be added to oats, smoothies, juices or taken off the spoon.

Adults- 1-2 tablespoons a day (Do not exceed 5)

Children- 1 teaspoon a day
